I couldn't beleve my eyes when I saw the Benchmade Benchmite at Gander Mountian today. At first I thought it was the non-auto one. Then I saw on the tag "spring assisted". I ask to see it and it was the auto. Is there some kind of loop hole they found to permit them to sell it. What do you guys think? It was $119.00 I have one already or I would have bought it. So I wonder if it's leagle to carry now?

Well, I know in CA you can carry it because it has less than a 2" blade length.
