Wanted to share this interesting article that I just read in the NY Times about Patrick Brennnan of Brennan Knives located in Kilkenny, Ireland who, after seriously injuring his back in a motorcycle accident, sought out and received training in knife making from some Master Knifemakers and opened his shop just 5 years later.
