Hey guys I have a folding antique: rattle snake bowie knife and the tip is bent, need info on how to straighten with out breaking it.

Might want to post a clear & close-up pic of the bent tip. Depending on how bent it actually is, you could get a wide range of suggestions as to fixing it. More likely than not, it'll likely be better to re-grind the tip of the blade. Bent steel will often be weakened steel, and trying to bend it back would possibly break it, as Ed has mentioned above.
