I would like to see more moderator involvement in that thread myself. As of now, nirvanero has not received what he is owed, there is a name and address posted that may very well have absolutely nothing to do with the case, and at least one member appears to be leaning towards some sort of internet rebellion .

Speaking for myself, if I was a moderator I'd have no desire to get involved in that mess. On the other hand, at this point I don't see it getting any better on its own.
