You are probably aware than both knives are the same knife made by the Italian firm under the Beretta name and under their own name.
In this video, at 04:02, the reviewer demonstrates that the HB02 has a faulty design which makes the blade push the liner lock to the side and close if subjected to pressure.

My question is, is your Beretta Harsey/Fantoni HB (01 or 02) doing the same? Is it a common design issue with these knives or this particular knife in the video was worn or faulty? Also, have you ever seen a similar issue with other top liner locking knives such as Sebenza?
