I did a search here turned up nothing so I decided to ask.

Hate to be a buzz kill but no way would I spend that much on a Chinese made knife. There's much better, for much less.

I was pretty sure it made by Fox Knives in Italy.

I just did a quick search online and the only place that listed the origin said Made in China.
