Beretta Tri-Folder?

So, as some of you may know through the pass-around I hosted, I have a Fred Perrin Tri-Folder
Even though it's not the most practical knife out there, I'm in love with it's odd design!

While looking for photos of the Fred Perrin Tri-Folder, I happened to stuble across this little gem!

So apparently Beretta made a Tri-Folder too!
Does anyone have any information on this, and a possible place to purchase?
The forum I got this picture from was in French...
