Recommendation? Berkshires in March?

My wife badly needs a getaway from work so we booked a week at a condo in the Berkshires. I know that its not a good time to go there weatherwise, but she just wanted to get away. We had a use it or lose it week on a timeshare, so there you go.

I see that there are a few decent small museums, which I love to visit. Anything else to do? We are not outdoorsy types so not looking to go snowshowing, skiing, etc.

Of great interest to me is anything knife related (including kitchen stuff) and restaurant recommendations.
