I'm a new mbr to this forum, however I've always referred here when I've needed answers on anything blade related. Unfortunately I was not able to get any answers recently, here or anywhere else for that matter...so here I go.
I just purchased a Bernard Gloekler meat cleaver, and I did do my homework before purchase, but unfortunately I was not able to find anything on these particular meat cleavers, but I still went ahead with the purchase (I hope this don't bite me in the a$$). Does anyone have any information on these meat cleavers or perhaps point me in the right direction to gather the information. No pics available as I just purchased this item.
