Bertram Cutlery Hen & Rooster?

Birddog and whomever;
I ordered this knife last week from a larger knife supplier and received it Sat.
On H & R not being made by Bertram question. Model HRS273Y, Solingen tang stamp and notice the wrapper.
I am aware of who actually owns H & R name and in their website they indicate that these knives are made all over the place.Including Germany.
What say ye all regarding this particular piece of hardware?

Bertram has been a trademark instead of a factory for many years. The current German made HR's are stamped with Bertram Cutlery. Although I think I have seen some of the "hybrids" with a Bertram laser etch on the tang recently. But all the recent German made (wholly) HR's have had a Bertram tang stamp; like yours.

I have felt like the dark green boxes (like yours) were Olbertz and the lighter green were Boker. There is also a very glossy green that seems to be the hybrids. But this all is relatively fluid.
