Slip Joint, looks like white paper micarta, "Bertram Germany" on one side. The hen/rooster mark on the other.
blade is 2 3/4", handle 3 1/2", in a Hen & Rooster white box with blue outline.
the label is hand written 101 1R or 101 R.

Perfect size and with that hollow ground blade I'll bet it's quite the slicer.

That is a beauty, it looks mint.

It was made during the AG Russell ownership of H&R (1975-1980)
The handles are Ivory Rucarta.
