Hey Guys. What is your opinion? Don't limit it to one knife. There are so many great knives out there so name all of your favorites from $30 To $40.
I've Been thinkin about
Kershaw Cryo
Kershaw Leek
SOG Trident
What do you guys think?

I seldom had a knife at that range ,always higher or lower.

But the Kabar Dozier I got ,is worth more and can compete with most knives at that Range.

Also, used to have a spyderco UKPK , the design and finish are really good.

And I am sure Tenacious would be a hot pick.

Kershaw skyline hands down, I would take it all dayy long over anything else under 75 dollars.

I don't know if it's the best, but I bought my Spyderco Persistence for under $40 out-the-door and it's really an awesome value.

Also worth mentioning are the BK11 Becker Necker and it's cousin the BK14 Eskabar. Really solid, versatile knives under $40.

I uesd to own some of Enlan/bee/Navy/SRM and handled other types of these brands much.

For SRM and Bee/Enlan ,the finish is good . But Enlan always make a knife too tight ( EL02 ) to open ,though the lock is not so reliable as BM , and uses thick liners which making it too heavy. They do no jimpping on the flipper , and no rounded work on liners near the flipper.

Don't buy Navy ,lowest finish and crappy craft and locks .

Buck Vantage (Large). I have a Skyline and it's good, but not as good as the Buck Vantage. Select (420HC with FRN) = $28, Avid (Sandvik with Dymondwood) = $38 or pro model for about $60.

I feel like I got so much knife for so little money that I owe it to Buck to buy the whole lineup!

Look at the Klein line, typically stocked at contractors warehouses--Klein makes quality equipment and their knives are a great value IMHO.
