I recently turned 51, and my best friend acknowledged the event with the best birthday card ever. Here's what he wrote:

Happy 51*

*Actual age may vary. Ask your doctor if 51 is right for you. Do not be 51 if you are also other ages. Do not operate a motor vehicle until you know how 51 affects you. If 51 lasts more than an hour, call your doctor. Do not taunt 51. Always turn 51 with a large glass of water. If you drink alcohol while 51, drink responsibly and heavily.

Now thats really interesting.
I wrote this last year for my friends 61st Bday. The first part was the card front, and the rest was inside.

61

Congratulations on choosing 61 as you new age.
Many people enjoy 61, and lead normal lives. With proper care 61 will last for one year, and can be replaced with 62 when 61 no longer works. With 61 ,you and you partner can enjoy a full lifestyle
…..*see disclaimer

*disclaimer - There is no cure for 61, however, with proper care 61 is manageable.

Results of 61 may vary, and some people do not tolerate 61 well. Ask your doctor if you are right for 61.
Do not be 61 if you are another age, even if you feel healthy at the time. Severe reactions have occurred when mixing 61 with 21. Some of these reactions can be serious, and lead to permanent disability.

Consult with your physician to see if you are physically ready sex after starting 61.

When first starting 61, do not drive or operate machinery until you know how you will react to 61.

Always take 61 with a glass of water - Alcohol may intensify the effect of 61!

Side effects of 61 vary from person to person, and may include:
Sleepiness, fatigue; joint pain; frequent nighttime urination; erectile dysfunction; insomnia; weight gain or loss; hair loss; forgetfulness; and mild depression.
On rare occasions people have had severe side effects to 61, and have had to stop being 61. Severe side effects may include lack of heart beat; breathing loss; severe depression and suicidal thoughts. If any of these side effects last for more than four hours, see a doctor at once. Do not stop being 61 without first consulting medical advice.

That IS interesting. You both obviously took your cues from the same (ubiquitous) drug advertisements.

Needless to say, I now feel compelled to raise the level of my own card message game to at least the level he established. Quite a challenge. You two are both very good at this. I'm... not so much.
