16 for sure. You can't have a 9 without a 16.... Well, you can but it would make more sense to have a 16 as well.

A 9/15/24 is my combo of choice. Actually it's a 9/10/15/24.

I usually pair my 9 with my 16 but the 15 has been getting a lot of my attention lately.

Almost same for me. 9/2/15/14.

I was also going to say another 9 but I got beat to it haha.

If you only could have one other to compliment the 9, which I feel is the true nature of the OP, I would say a piggyback 11/14/24. Then your options are open for whatever else you want/can strap, pack, or carry knowing the 9 and its partner are always going to be together in the case that you just grab the 9 and go.
I say this although I don't have this setup yet, but its my future plan when I start playing with kydex.
