Just bought my first Buck this December....the Cabelas Alaska Guide S30V. What are considered the best current production buck knives?:)

I really liked what the literature from the Buck guy said that came with the knife. Seems they have their hearts and souls in the right place. Any recommendations for a folder? I just ordered a Spyderco Delica as a small pocket carry knife for yard and general use and may want to add one with a somewhat larger blade in the future.... I am a novice when it comes to buck as I mostly have Knives of Alaska and recently ordered a Dozier KS-3 for hunting.

Did you get the 110?
You won't be disappointed regardless. The AG series is too cool for school

As for a all around folder, I like my 889SBMF or 298GY.

"Seeking Trad Deer"...my Indian name is "Skid Mark".

Hi STD,

I love my AG 110. It's been my EDC from the moment I first used it. That S30V with the BOSS heat treatment is the best steel made!!!!! But I don't have any other Buck premium steel on a user I can compare it to. Oh, welcome to the Buck forum.
