Hi all! Looking for a folder thats inexpensive (seriously, I shouldnt even be buying anything lol), assisted, and around 4-4.3". Thanks!

Define "inexpensive", it might mean different things to different folks. Plus a clear idea of your knife budget will make it easier to make good suggestions.

I think Kershaw is a good place to begin your search.

Not if you want a 4" blade. I don't think there're any inexpensive assisted knives out there with a blade that large, that aren't total crap.

To the OP: If you're really short enough on money that you "shouldn't be buying anything," then doing exactly that is probably the best choice.

Dropping blade size and need for an assisted knife will get you closer to quality at a lower price point. But I agree with Dan57's assessment. He is spot on.

JMO.

Ah. Well, in that case, (though I still think it may be a better idea to get nothing at all,) look here. (I did the filtering for you.) Lots of knives that fit that description.
Keep in mind that, (1,) the prices on Kershaw's site are MSRP, and they'll be much less expensive everywhere else; and, (2,) that some of the knives in the link I posted have handle lengths slightly over or under what you specified, as there's no option to filter for that.
Oh, yeah... and I'm assuming that the 4-4.3" requirement is because that's your preferred size of knife to EDC, but make sure to remember that pocket clip placement/design and handle thickness and width matter just as much, if not more, than handle length when it comes to ease of carry. I'd look up some video reviews to check out the aforementioned features before buying anything. Kershaw's kind of known for funky pocket clips, and some of their knives, like the Drone, have fairly thick handles. You may not mind either of those, but it'd be good to look up some video reviews anyway, in order to make sure you know exactly what you're getting and eliminate unexpected surprises.

Kershaw has a ton that fit your criteria, all in the $20 range. Pick the design you like and go with it.

Kershaw tremor is pretty darn close

But it's disco'd so finding one that's not a combo edge may be a little hard.

Kershaw Leek - 4" closed, 3" blade. Assisted-open w/ flipper. Comes in frame lock or liner lock.

If you want something lower cost, check out their imported knives. The Cryo is a very nice one. The Volt II, Volt SS, OSO Sweet, and Zing SS are all good too. I believe all of those are around 4" closed with a 3" blade, give or take a quarter inch.
