What is your trio?

Spending most of last week camping (tent, State Park campground), I took these three knives, and couldn't be happier with the combination.

104 Compadre for heavier tasks like breaking down kindling, I used to to dig/pry up a rock to get a tent stake in, etc.

636 Paklite Processor, used exclusively for food. Broke down a couple whole chickens, cut sausage, peppers & onions, etc.

112 Slim Pro TRX. Just a great all purpose pocket knife.

The 104 could have easily done just about everything, I love that knife... But it was easier keeping a dedicated food knife clean.

Looking back the only other knife I own that I might have swapped out, since I spent a lot of time in around the lake, a Spyderco Native 5 Salt could have been switched with the 112. Those 2 are probably interchangeable to me as great "user" EDC knives.

Punk or Thug usually the Punk when I'm afoot, Thug if I'm at camp.

My S90V 110 is always along when I'm woods bound.

One of these. The Talon is a beast and much better suited for camping than the hatchet. Neither leave the camp, and if I'm footing it in, neither goes along.

And who doesn't feel safer when they're packing 14 rounds of 200gr HCFN that's loaded to max SAMI behind 1 180gr XTP?

Haven't met a situation I couldn't get out of with the Thug, 110, and Glock 29. I guess those would be my Camp 3.

I dig that 10mm.

I really REALLY wanted a Talon when they first came out but back then 112's were the first priority. It's still on my 'Buy if a Bargain' very short list..I would pair it with the G-40 Glock I bought myself for Christmas last .

State Parks... At least here in Texas.

Park Ranger saw a buddy cut a branch that was dragging on his tent.

Cost him $37.50 fine.

There are some things you cant do in a State Park,

Just FYI...

That S90V 110. Bea-u-tiful !

Knives?
110
110LT
119

Firearms depend on where and when I camp:
S&W 629 2.5” barrel .44 magnum
S&W 66 2.5” barrel .357 magnum
Glock 43 9mm.

I don’t feel under-equipped with any combination of the above. I’m pretty comfortable with a 110 and a gun most anywhere.
