I don't think I've seen any threads like this before. Whats your best carrying knife ? The one that just feels the best in your pocket.

For me its a Gerber mini covert. I've yet to find a knife that carries as nicely.

Spyderco military, I forget its their sometimes, plus its a really great knife.

I have a Benchmade small AFCK I carry in left frontpocket with clip on the right side. It puts itself wery close to the seam if the pocket and carrys extreamly comfortable. Dont like the knife awfully much so I seldom use it nowadays and the easy carry is the only thing that is appealing to me.

Just makes it easier to grab, personally the whole low ride thing confuses me, pocket clips were made so the knife would be easier to get out of your pocket. With low ride clips its (for me) a pain to pull out and it always seems like you need to reposition you hand just to open it, something I don't need to do with the millie.

I have to say I was all about the low ride clips until I got my Caly 3 and lefty Mili. The Caly is a great knife but its a pain in the butt to pull out of my pocket sometimes where as the Mili is easy to get a grip on and deploy comfortably. The Mili and Caly both carry very comfortably though. My BM 940 carries great too.

My "double-clipped" Spyderco Armorer's Endura.

I have some knives that are either too wide, too long, or have a clip design that rides the knife too high or low. The knife might be an excellent design, but if it is hard to get to, or worse, falls out, well....

Carrying my Armorer's Endura, I quite often forget that I even have a knife - with two clips, one on each side - riding in my front pocket. Secure, easily deployed and can be clipped into a pocket with either hand. The extra clip also gives a surprisingly good grip in either hand. My most comfortable knife.

The mini covert does carry really well. Wasn't my favorite knife, but I wish they all carried that easy.

Of course it jumped off my pocket down an elevator shaft, so not quite perfect.

All of my Victorinox and traditional knives carry the best -deep at the bottom of my pocket.

For clip knives -it would have to be my Osborne 940.

Probably this one (Perceval):

The knife doesn't generally set the world on fire but it is super-light and exceptionally thin. (I'd also have to vote for the Benchmade 940 or the Kershaw Leek.)

It's a toss up between the Spyderco Paramilitary and Benchmade 710.

The Para gets points because of the absolute perfect placement of its pocket clip and how thin it is. While the 710 gets points because for such a large, heavy knife, it's very compact and carries like a smaller knife.

Knives that I don't even know I have on me are Spyderco Native, and Boker SubCom. Knives that carry well are Emerson Commander and Spyderco Military.

mine is a little different--a F.Beltrame 11" bayo with dark horn scales--excellent workmanship and fast as can be and my Benchmade 211 in a Sharpshooter pocket sheath--carried in right front pocket--:D
