OK, I'm in the market for a digital camera w/ approximately 3.0 mega-pixels . Who's the best (cheapest or if you prefer, cost efficient) on-line retailer. Yes, I'll be looking at eBay I but wanted to explore the retail option as well. Thanks in advance for your input.

I had good luck with www.butterflyphoto.com. Got a Nikon 4300 from there, incredibly cheap after the factory rebate.
