Hey guys I just got my first CRK, a large inkosi. I was wondering people’s thoughts on the best clip for edc? I don’t mind the factory clip but would prefer a deep carry and maybe a lil more better purchase from the clip while opening. I’ve looking at MXG and LynchNW and just wanted some insight on best possible solution, thanks!

I like mine a bit better than stock. If you can find one.

LBG42, SmClassicMM, Umnumzaan, Sm21, all with stock clip. Oldest is 2001

I like the stock clip. I loathe milled clips, however the clip on the impinda is an exception. It was also good.

I'll go against the grain here. I have tried the MXG and the Lynch clips. MXG works great, cheaper price. Great with jeans. Lynch, well on another level. Matches the look and feel of the Sebenza's no doubt about it. Price is higher. Packaging is something else for a clip. A little tougher to use with Jeans but really not bad at all. I have several MXG and only one Lynch but I do see more Lynch on the horizon. For me the stock clips just do not last. YMMV :)

I favor the factory clip over deep carry clips with the Sebenza. The factory clip has reached a point of retention versus pants destruction that I consider to be an optimal balance, and the Sebenza's compact nature largely negates my normal preference for a deep carry clip, especially considering with it being slightly above the pants line it gets a bit more stability. I love the look of the old style CRK clips, but the current clip which creates two points of contact is really function at its finest IMHO and it is one of the reasons I can personally justify the price of these knives!

In terms of looks, you really cannot beat the Millet clips and owners absolutely love them. Another option beyond aftermarket clips is getting an OEM clip anodized...

nothing bad about the stock clips, but I put that new Casey Lynch DC-clip on my inkosi and it works perfect! I mean the guy really out did himself on this clip, and it also works as a over stop, but its not cheap! about $ 83 bucks.

In my own humble opinion, the stock CRK clip is the best clip I’ve ever seen on a knife. Nothing can beat it and nothing can be better then it. Just my thoughts.

I toss Lynch clips on my Larges and leave the stock clip on my Smalls. However, that's mainly because the Larges carry too tall for me and rub against the rivets in my jeans when I sit down and climb stairs and whatnot. I use Lynch clips because they match CRK's so well.

I like the look of the factory clip, but in my experience they tend to snag on stuff and get bent eventually requiring replacement. More than once I've had the knife lift itself out of my pocket and attach itself to a seat belt or lining of a jacket. I've since switched to the Hawk clip on all my CRKs. Looks great. Knife really stays where you put it. Smaller footprint and less of a hot spot in use. Greatly reduced pocket wear. The only draw back is the $50 cost and I do like the look of the stock one.
