Hi all, I have received a few quality knives for Christmas, and decided to upgrade my sharpener from a Smith's 3 in 1 to a little better quality one.
So far I've found three sharpeners I really like, and was wondering your all's opinion on them(Just for reference, most of these are guided because last time I tried a normal stone, I couldn't keep the angle steady)
The first is the famous Spyderco Sharpmaker, which I like because of reviews on it so far but not sure how much better it'll preform than my current system. The second is the "DMT Diafold Magna-Guide"(http://www.bladehq.com/item--DMT-Diafold-MagnaGuide--7317) which I was leaning on since it has four grits and i guided. The final one is the "Lansky Deluxe Sharpening System"(http://www.bladehq.com/item--Lansky-Deluxe-Sharpening--2921) which also has four grits, but not sure if I'll need the "extra course" any time soon.
Any opinions on these systems, or suggestions on a better system at around the same price range would be appreciated.
