Best DMT and Spyderco travel sharpening combo

So here is the background:

I have a Spyderco Golden Stone that I want to use as the final step and for serrated blades. Now, I am trying to figure out what would be the best one or two traveling stones to go with the Golden Stone for rebeveling and repairing. Ideally, I want it to be only one stone in addition to the Golden Stone. Here are my top three choices:

DMT Folding Coarse/Fine and Golden Stone

-or-

DMT Folding Course/Fine, Spyderco Pocket Medium, and Golden Stone

-or-

DMT Folding Extra Course / Course, DMT Folding Fine / Extra Fine, and Golden Stone

I am leaning toward DMT Course/Fine and the Golden Stone because it would be only two stones instead of three, but I am wondering whether I would be missing the DMT Extra Course for damage repair and/or whether the jump from DMT Fine to Spyderco Fine is too large.

What do you guys think? Do you think the DMT Course --> DMT Fine --> Spyderco Fine progression is a nice one? Other suggestions are welcomed.

I'd like to add a new idea to the mix:

I scrap the DMT stones idea, keep a progression of sandpaper sheets wrapped around the Spyderco Pocket Medium, and hold them in place with a rubber band.
