Hey guys I am looking for a good edc knife under $50. Tell me what you think is one of the best edc knives under $50.

I would probably take a look at:

Resilience
Manbug
Tenacious
Persistence

Byrd CaraCara 2 is good as well.

Manbug has the best materials, but is smaller. CaraCara 2 has a good size blade.

Just depends on what you want.

Kershaw makes a lot of good knives under $50 as well.

Contact Kershawguy on the forums or on his website (www.kershawguy.com). A good recommendation needs some more details, though. Are you carrying this for cutting boxes, cables, apples, self-defense?

Off the top of my head...Kershaw Cryo, Kershaw Blur, Kershaw Leek, Buck Vantage, Ontario Rat 1 or 2, Spyderco Delica4, and Spyderco Tenacious all are good places to start.

Delica 4 seems to be closer to $60 but you might find it from time to time for around $50.

With $50 you can buy 2 knives, the Mercator and the Douk-Douk, very sturdy knives that will never disappoint you.

EDC is ultra personal. My preference is Opinel Inox ($15) in my RFP and a Leatherman Micra ($20) in my LFP. Opinel handles 99% of the knife needs, is very people friendly, super light, insanely tough and cuts incredibly. The Micra handles 90% of the tool needs for my day to day life. Note, I also keep a larger multitool nearby most days.

You have a lot of choices, three that come to mind are:

Kershaw Blur(3$ over budget though)
Kershaw Leek
Spyderco Tenacious

EDIT:I would get these from Amazon.com, best prices I've seen on knives anywhere

Tenacious or better yet Delica 4 by Spyderco. Many other knives are great value and some may be more expensive but you might find them sale such as the Kershaw Blur. I also like the Leek too. It seems that Rat series are great knives too and pure utility.
