You have a lot of good options in that price range. BM 940 Osbourne, BM 950 Rift, BM 300SN Flipper, BM Ritter Grip, Zero Tolerance 0350, Spydie Paramilitary 2, Spydie Gayle Bradley, DPx HEST, just to name a few. If you spent a bit more you could get a 2nd Gen ZT0550 for around $160.

Thanks I've been thinking of the para 2 but I going to a knife show next week so I am going to see what I can find there so I Decided to hold of on buying
i was thinking the ritter grip was out of Production but just found it for sale so thanks and You got some good Taste in knives thumbsup

ZT0350, Benchmade Mini Onslaught and Para2 would be my choices. The new ZT0350OR is pretty awesome.

How about a Spyderco Endura 4 with a Full Flat Ground (FFG) blade?

Don't be turned off by the Fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) scales. It's very "grippy".

+1 (?) on the Para 2, Gayle Bradley and ZT 0350. They are some of my favorite knives. I'd also suggest a Sage 1 and deassisted Kershaw Blur.

IMO-
Best Bang for the Buck:
KaBar 4062 Dozier Hunter ~ $20. For truly everyday carry. A knife you don't mind dinging up, but a fantastic little bugger. My oldest knife. Wouldn't part with it for any amount of cash.
Runners up: Delica, or Skyline

Best For Harsh environments:
Spyderco Salt 1. ~$60. Also for truly everyday carry, whether at the ocean, camping, or at the mall. Easy to keep sharp, no worry about rust.
Runner up: Lone Wolf Landslide

Favorite:
Spyderco Caly <$150. LOVE the ergonomics. Like an extension of my hand. 3" or 3.5" choice
Close runner-up: Once again goes to my Delica. Gayle Bradley comes in next.

Most Expected Answer from everyone else:
PM2. Everyone loves it for a reason. For some reason, I don't. Based on the hype I wouldn't discount it, but I got rid of mine.

Love the dozier awsome knife.
Don't mind frn at all brings it the price way down.
No delica or endura i am trying to find something more Unique I think I am going to get a sage 2
940s on the wish list though.
Thanks everyone

One knife that doesn't seem to be mentioned a lot, that I have been carrying for about a month is the BM 707 Sequel. It cost me about $110 from GPKnives out the door. It seems to be a very nice knife, I really like the axis-lock, and despite what I have read about BM's not being that sharp, this one is. After a month of everyday use it will still shave and easily slice paper, which I am satisfied with. I also handled the BM 940, and did like it as well, but for the state laws were I live, I wanted to keep the blade at 3 inches or less. I got a Spyderco Chaperral for Christmas from my brother and really don't like it near as much as the 707. The back lock and thumb hole are not my thing, and it was not that sharp, not even as sharp as my 707 after being used for a month, which really surprised me. It also had a noticeable gap between the scale and liner on one side. Whatever you go with, if you can, try to handle one first.
