I'm a Boy Scout---a Life Scout---and I'm bored with all my run-of-the-mill Spyderco purchases and such. I have a Waved Endura and I really like being able to snag it on my pocket to open it (although I snagged a pair of jeans the other day...). I'm interested in something American made and with good materials---plus WAVE. Who else is there to turn but to Emerson itself? What's the best entry-level folder out there, and why (if you could be so kind)? Thanks for showing me the light. God bless you and America.

hmm entry level with wave..depends what you like
heres the website http://www.emersonknives.com/Tact_index.html

i would recommend to get started with either a cqc7 wave or mini(both are roughly the same size)(but i like the regular commander better than the mini) commander wave both feel great in your hand, cut almost anything you throw at it, hold an edge very well. you have to decide whether you like that tanto edge of the cqc7 or the curvature of the commander...(i just purchased the new cqc15, its larger than the cqc7 and the mini but its the best of both worlds.
