Best/Favorite Super Blue Spyderco?

So I am very interested in Superblue these days, and it seems like Spyderco would be a great way (perhaps the only way) to get that great steel in a quality and reasonably affordable pocket knife. So my question to all of the Spyderco fans out there is what Super Blue Spyderco is your favorite, or the model that you believe best suits the steel?

I'm a big fan of M4, which I have seen compared to Super Blue on occasion, how do they really stack up? Are they similar? Does one win out over the other in your use? How so?

This will be a light-duty EDC, so slicing is top priority. So is sharpening and ease of maintanence, which is why I was leaning toward a laminated model. I am not above using and abusing a knife if the need arises, but I do try to care for my knives as best I can.

By my usage, cpm m4 is really wins against sb.
I have caly3 sb and endura sb but i like caly sb better since it does not laminated.

I've owned them all and the only one I still have is the SB Mule.

I really like my SB Endura but admittedly if I could pick one it'd be the Caly since it is full SB and not laminated.

I have three in Super blue Endura, Delica and Caly 3, I tend to carry the Delica the most.

I'm looking forward to the SB DragonFly.

But I agree with SouthEast - M4 is a superior steel in many regards.

I've got a Delica, and like it a lot. The SB takes a screaming edge. No I don't use it for hard use stuff, but it works well.

I've gotta go with my Caly 3.5. Only one I have, as I sold my 3 and not that interested in the laminates.

I have the mule and the caly 3.5 and the stretch on order. I am looking forward to the laminate blade of the stretch. It will mean less maintenance and a little bit of additional strength over the non laminated blades.

I love them all, but my caly3 sees the most use. When the dragonfly comes out, it will most likely see the most pocket time out of all my knives

I would love to of had a non laminated SB Endura....since the Endura is in my top three Spyderco's.

I only have a SB Delica that I just got a few days ago, I actually like how the 420J laminate scratches up with use.

Well, I certainly prefer 3" folders to anything larger, so I guess it comes down to the Delica and Caly 3. Since the Caly seems quite a bit more expensive, that decision may have been made for me too!

Can anyone that owns both give me a breakdown as to why the Caly 3 examples I'm seeing are more expensive than the Delicas? Is it made to a higher standard of quality, or just availability?

Also, I see many with a preference for non-laminated blades. Is this due to aesthetics or some difference in actual performance? How soft is the laminate 420j2?

On that note, is the laminated blade sandwiched, like this:
-|-
-|-
-|-
-|-

Or wrapped, like kasumi kitchen knives, like this:
---
---
-|-
-|-

I assume the latter, which makes more sense.

Also of note, I think it was Sal, that stated before, that the Seki City people use lams, and Taichung people use full stock. I think that's just the way it is.

As far as price difference, the SB Caly's were right around $140-$150 when they were released. Guessing it was due mainly to having G-10 vs FRN handles, and perhaps the cost of full super blue rather than a thin layer sandwiched between 420J.
