Best Fixed Blade for ~$40?

Hey,

So I was wondering what might be the best fixed blades out there are this pretty low price range?

Here's what I'm looking for:

- Anything from 2" - 5.5"
- Kydex or Zytel sheath is definitely preferred

I've got the Becker Neckers already. Anything else I should be on the look out for?

CRKT Ultima 5", another great value for money fixed blade. Comes with a very nice sheath as well. Can be had for way below $40.
 
Check 'Academy' & WallyWorld - the venerable Buck 119 Special - in leather or nylon sheath - is an American made classic fb within your $40 budjet.

How's about if I wanted to focus more in the 4" - 6" range?

Plenty of other brands to browse if you don't like the Helle 05 speider but imho
it's a heckuva knife for $40.
Comfy grip, lightweight, and sheath unsnaps with quick flick of the thumb.
Sheath is green leather instead of kydex but you can't always have everything. ;)

Maybe SOG field pup - not seal pup, but field pup - 4 inch aus 8 straight edge blade and nice sheath with it - don't own one but have handled and feels quite nice. I'm pretty close to picking one up myself as reviews I've seen have been pretty positive esp for the pricetag - can get it online for about 30 bucks plus shipping. Any others have thoughts on this one? Good luck!

For about $60 you can get a Becker BK2. A little more than your $50 range, but its a beast of a knife
 
ontario spec plus knives are pretty cheap on ebay. cordura/leather sheath tho.
there's a couple of models that are between 4-6 inches.
sp4, sp17, sp12 is around 6inches
sp2 is 5 1/2 inches, there's a couple websites on google shopping selling it around $40
