What do you think the best folder out there is between $100-120 dollars for daily carry?

Okay I know that might be hard, so list your best 3 in order of preference.

1.
2.

Lets see,

1) REKAT Carnivore/Carnivore Cub (Blade length preference)

2) Benchmade 710 M2 steel.

3) Spyderco Military
The Microtech LCC might replace any of those choices, I just haven't picked one up yet.
Good luck starchaser.

I don't know how to define 'BEST', but my three most common daily carries are:

1. Spyderco small Centofante C25
2. Kershaw Ken Onion Mini-Task
3. Benchmade 850 Mel Pardue

All have plain-edge blades under 3 inches long. I'm sure these are not the Best knives there are in this price range (depends on what you need the knife for), but one of these three finds its way into my pocket everyday. So for me, they're the Best knives.

Although I don't own either, I have played with both of these and think they are really well constructed, solid, purpose built knives, but a little big for my daily needs:

1. Spyderco Wegner
2. Spyderco Starmate

Paracelsus

1. Microtech LCC
2. Al Mar SERE 2000
3. Spyderco Wegner

1. Spyderco
2. More Spydercos
3. A large knife bag to fill up more Spyderco

Well I just bought the BM 940 today and I can't wait to get it. But I guess it's not too soon to be thinking about my next knife purchase since you guys have made so many other great recommendations, huh

Oh and Gary, you did guess right about me chasing this last knife purchase, but I think I will stick with name starchaser...

Well ok not really, but I am very impressed with the qualtiy and strength of the 750s I just got about a month ago. I've put it to some pretty good tasks and it has performed very well. I'd put it at number one, but I haven't handled some of the other knives mentioned. Its a hell of a knife.
You can't go wrong with spyderco either. They use some of the better steels too. A military in 440V will give you a good hard user, fully serrated in 440V would cut just about anything. Enjoy whatever you decide on.

IF the question is about defensive capability, the Cold Steel Vaquero Grande is still a contender in that price range.

In the 4" blade length class, the Carnivore is in the running, especially when D2-M ships.
