Best fuel bottle spout-cap?

I usually use a white gas stove when camping (trusty old Coleman Peak 1). The gasket on my MSR fuel pour spout/cap gave out and was leaking gas on my stuff last time out.

Does the Trangia spout cap on their bottles work well?

Does anyone know of a solid, reliable pour spout cap for standard (MSR, Optimus, etc.) fuel bottles, or am I better off just packing a small funnel?

Thanks for any tips,

A small Coleman funnel used to have a filter (time ago)
Does it still?
If so get a funnel

And a funnel is lighter

I have read nothing but good things about the trangia fuel bottle people love it. Does leak either. It is plastic and pricey but it seems many say it is worth it

I read the same praises, so I picked one up. It works well, but looks just a LITTLE bit fragile....

I also ordered another pour spout cap from Olicamp. I'll see how that one works. And I found my old Coleman filter funnel. So no matter what happens, I've got it covered!!!!

Thanks, everyone,

The Olicamp spout works about the same as the MSR (I think that's who made it) spout I had... leaky in use and dribbles a little fuel after closing it. I'm going to try a heavy layer of Teflon thread-sealing tape on the upper threads to see if that helps.

Stay sharp,
