Best Ganzaa request format?

This might be answered best by Amy ,Kendra or Jerry.

I wonder if it might help yourselves as well as help organize the Ganzaaites if you posted a prefered order format. Something that would help you process them easier. It would have a place for 1st thru 10th option or more and a place for quantity. Max monies to be spent. Etc. A simple spreadsheet. There must be a database guy here who could whip up something awesome real quick.

Anybody already have one?
I wrestled with the best way to communicate my list last Ganzaa and wondered about the prefered way. Amy I'm sure you have an opinion on this. Show us your prefered template and I know I would be happy to conform to it to help you guys out.

I'm not Amy=0 but... You forgot total # of knives requested. AND, I'd dump the descriptions. She'll have enough to read. You keep track of what is what. Instructions state to list in order of priority.

Max. $ to spend ( This could probably drives them nuts. Deciding how many of what priority knife to not go over max. $. )

Just put the number of the knife and the Qty...(descriptions not needed)
Be sure you include the total number of blades that you want (you may list 10 knives but might just want 2 ) Also make sure you put your MOST WANTED first and so on ect.

Keep it simple...

"Please accept my list of knives in order of highest priority first, (yadayadayada)..."

1.) #99 = Bird & Trout
2.) #27 + Skeleton GW (black)
3.) ..."

I keep the description very short, BUT if there is another version of the same knife, I do try to include enough description to easily distinguish between the 2, either handle color or blade grind, depending on the choice...
i.e. there are 2 AD's with black G-10 handles, so I would describe the blade type, either regular, or swedge grind, since the handles are the same & they are both D/C... Just try not to over describe, LOL Amy has many emails to sort through. ...But in case I manage to screw up a number, I feel that maybe the quick description might explain what I was trying for, and if I'm really lucky, the mistake will be caught & I might still get what I wanted...
