I am looking to get a gentleman's folder and I have 75$ I can spend, any suggestions?

Modern? Traditional slipjoint? Desired blade length? Handle preference? Stainless or non-stainless steel preferred?

Any of the traditional-style Buck lock-backs are a good choice in my mind (most of them are well-less than than $75). And if you REALLY wanna go cheap, I'd recommend an Opinel #8 or #9 in carbon steel. :)

For tradional anything from case and great Eastern cutlery...also if you want somthing more modern there's the kershaw speed form.

spyderco Centofante 3.

vg10 steel, great thin blade. I believe the blade is just a hair over 3" so it toes the line on certain legalities if that is an issue.

There are some really good looking Bokers well under $75 in 440c. A plus exskelimoor II in bog oak looks good.

I am shocked that nobody has said this yet... Benchmade Mini Griptilian. My OD Green/satin one looks quite classy and svelte.

At that price, I'd look at the Kershaw Speedform II, or the Boker Plus Damascus Gent (which can be found near to $75)

The Spyderco Dragonfly G 10 is $76 at a place with Prime Shipping. It is a very nice small knife.

falcon knives in italy  classy :)
look at some buck knives for sure like the prince, nobleman, vangaurd, trapper

my dejavoo is my favorite but its more than 75. lone wolf and cold steel are making traditional folders now too

The CRKT Centofante Tribute is a nice little inexpensive gentleman-type folder that can be found NIB for less than $30...

Good luck, OP! :)

Kershaw Chill is a good option too, I got mine for $20. It's really thin and featherlight.

Mercator K55K.
While it may be argued that this isn't a gentleman's knife, I recomend this one to everybody.

^^ That's a sound suggestion, people take them for granted, but the Mercator, while inexpensive is incredibly slender, and unobtrusive in the pocket. Very cool, nostalgic knives. Another I'm quite fond of is the Case Swayback Jack, it's a very classy knife, that's got very capable blades, then if you desire something more modern, the Spyderco Dragonfly is a reliable choice, for the modern, minimalist. I like FRN Spydercos, but many prefer the more substantial Stainless, or more textured, G10.

I like this CRKT Delegate. It is very similar to a Leek, and for that matter a Leek would be a good choice too.

Browning Ice Storm - There are 2 versions: Straight handle and Contoured handle. I like the contoured handle version better. VG-10 blade with aluminum handle. Made by Mcusta. Discontinued, but easily found on the exchange.

CRKT Swindle - Recently released. Flipper opening. Nice clean lines.
