Best grind for a Commander under my useage.

Well this is pretty subjective to myself. I am carrying the commander for SD alone. I have another knife for doing the random tasks (Dodo). So with the fact that I would be using the Com rarely and not in a very hard use environment (unless for SD) should I have something a bit sharper put on instead of the chisel grind? Or just leave it be, and keep it as sharp as possible?

If it were me, I wouldn't worry about alleviating the Chisel grind, but I might bring it up another five degrees. Did that with a P-Sark once, and that minor difference took it from an okay cutter to holy crap unbelieavable hair popping sharp. It of course came at the price of a slightly less durable edge, but the results were well worth it for me.
 
This sounds like a good idea. Edge retention is not a big deal to me since I will not be using it often. Just to train with little cutting. However when I need it I want it to cut very well..
