Since this is my favorite knife, I was wondering who makes a good one? I have a BR and Gossman that I really like. I would kinda like to start a collection, if I could afford them. Are their some other good makers of Kepharts? The kephart seems to be a do it all, knife for me.

check out ML knives. He makes hand-forged versions with a rustic/authentic look. They are some very nice blades.

I have not owned one - but I hear GREAT things about Stompers - he is a class act too.

Also - check out the Blind Horse Knives Bushcraft - it is VERY similar is fit and feel to a BR Kephart.

Scott Gossman makes a nice one:

Here's my humble version of the famous Kephart knife:

This one goes to my father for Christmas :)

You guys might want to check out North River Forge in Canada.
Mr. Osborne makes some great knives, I got my patch knife
from him and they come with a custom sheath too!

Tell him PastorMarko sent you, he is a really nice man,
provides GREAT customer service and produces a quality
product and a VERY fair price.

Very fair my butt - he only wanted 110 for this nice one!

With sheath! Makers need to learn to charge more so that can actually make a living.

Another vote for Stomper's Kephart.

I have his Hiker plus and it is becoming my favorite overall knife.

I'm another fan of JK's Kepharts. Here's the standard size and "Baby" versions.

Another vote for ML knives. I have one on order. Matt is an outstanding guy to deal with.

Some peachy kephy's presented here.

I've always been very satisfied with John (JK's) version. It does exactly what I want of it it.
