Best Keychain Knife?

Opinions on which Spydie is best for a key chain? I am leaning towards the dog tag since it does not look like a knife. But the dog tag "handle" is not the most ergonomic.
 
Dog tag is not an ideal cutter, more a novelty.

For me, manbug in my sheath all day. Much more practical imo then the laynard unless you want a handfull of keys while cutting

Serrated Ladybug Salt for me. It's the size of a key, super sharp, not going to rust no matter how much I sweat and a bright colour if I ever drop it.
 
Hmm - the Lady Bug is 20 grams and can be found in Super Blue; for less money. Lady Bug in Super Blue is top of the list right now.

H1 - yes - that would be good. The lady Bug is still top of the list.
 
Of current models, the FRN Ladybug, in whatever flavor strikes your fancy would by my top choice. Absolute best, IMHO, was the burgundy micarta Jester.
 
the spyderco Grasshopper makes a swell key chain knife. But l never found out what steel it uses. Is it 3cr13 or 8cr13MoV ?

Hey Quigibo.......As a fan of the Simpsons going all the way back to the Tracy Ullman Show prior to The Simpsons season 1, I have to say I like your screen name!! Is it a reference to the kwyjibo episode? Cracks me up just thinking about it... "Kwyjibo....a fat, bald, north American ape with no chin....(Homer Chokes Bart)" classic episode for sure!

Any Spyderco can be the best key chain knife. Just use some imagination :D



This is just a temporary setup for me at the moment, of course, so I recommend you choose something smaller. Manbug or Ladybug, and you are good.

Yes it is. I needed a screen name for a website at some point, everything I could think of was taken and I happened to remember that episode. I just couldn't remember how it was originally spelled!
 
I really like my Manbug in Super Blue but I would have to say the Ladybug H1 Hawkbill is my favorite keychain knife.
