The Kershaw doesn't, but it's a folder. The Mora comes with one, it's a fixed blade. What type of knife do you want? It would help greatly if you could give us more information on what you want.

well sir with such a limited price point its gonna be hard to find a good knife. But i would say that the kershaw crown is your best bet

i EDC kershaw crown daily. the only thing i havent done with it so far is baton and throw it. still no bladeplay and its decently sharp with no chips. highly reccomended even if you have more money to spend

For just a little more than the carbon version of the Companion you can get it in stainless. 12C27 with a finished (rather than as-stamped) spine and slightly thicker stock.
