I'm looking for like a jewelry box knife storage for cheap under 50 or like a case or a cheap tool chest 85 max

Does it have to be a jewelry box? I use tackle boxes and Plano cases to store knives, they are cheap and work great!

Pelican case 1300?

It's watertight when closed, so moisture only has a small opportunity to get in (when it's opened) and don't you see the silica packets? Problem solved.

And that bead blasted jyd has been in there forever along with a few CV case knives. No rust at all.

There is a store that thinks they sell "freight" and they have this thing about the "harbor". They sell a pretty nice wood tool chest for $80. It would be great for knife storage and will hold a lot of knives.

Just go to your local Home Depot, they have some decent looking metal tool chests there. Get some toolbox liner, felt, or non-slip grip and you have a great storage solution.
Got the one I use for $40:

(mods please don't delete, I don't see this as deal spotting as the link isn't to a knife)

Personally I was thinking about something like what TotalDBag did but with an ammo box would be a nice way to store knives. Other option I was thinking of would be a tool box with slide out drawls, though those can get pricey and you may have to get one second hand to get a good deal.

As for a nice looking jewelry box, I can't comment on that it's a little too fancy for my taste.

You can find a wooden machinist chest at Harbor Freight for under $100 on sale. I think I paid $79 when I got mine. Not fancy as far as machinist chests go but it's a nice looking wooden chest with many different sized felt lined drawers. I used to use that but went to a metal tool box I picked up at Big Lots for $40.

I think the best looking case is def a Pelican case by FAR.

I need to pick one up, at least just for my MidTechs/Customs.

I have too many Productions to fit all of them in a Pelican.

But like many others have stated, go down to your local Home Depot and you can find many diff storage options.

If you don't mind spending the money though, look at a Pelican first.

Just my .02

Nice, I like that one. Thanks for mentioning it. There is a place that handles freight down by the harbor near me, I think I may call and see if they have that model (still $79.99 online) in stock.

Look for older jewelry cases at yard sales and estate auctions. Look for any chest ,case, or box that you can repurpose to hold your knives.

This. Or, old silverware boxes; I've found em to work well and they are dirt cheap!
