Best lubrication/grease for pivots/IKBS?

So I just got back into my knife addiction and have recently acquired a boker kwaiken flipper, as well as several other knives and I'm curious as to the best grease or lubricant. i.e. since my boker kwaiken flipper uses the IKBS system, would that respond better to a thicker grease type lubricant? or would a thinner oil type of lubricant be just fine? Secondly, whats the best cleaner to remove the stock(out of the box) lubricants/grease specifically for the IKBS system? thanks!

I use regular bench made blue lube on my ikbs pivots, it works great! Be aware that if you put too much on it (more than a drop) will leak out onto the blade and handle.

Best lube I have used for bearings is White Lightning, but I haven't used it on IKBS. Since you can't pop the knife apart to clean it (unless you LOVE huge messes) I would suggest a wet lubricant like an oil, though.

DuPont Silicone Teflon (available in most hardware stores) works well on bearings, but the bottle it comes in has no precision. If you can put it in a precision bottle, the 4oz bottle (I got mine for $4) should last a VERY long time and even with the cost of a better bottle (hobby stores should have a very small fine tip squeeze bottle) you will come out ahead in the long run.
