Best Made Knives

Perhaps I should have mentioned that I think they are sold by/under the Best Made brand but likely made for them in Japan? Anyway, here is a shot of the knives. I don't use the 10" chef knife much and wish it was an 8" but they were a gift from my son a few years back and I certainly do not complain. They sport a fierce edge and have not dulled under use much though I touch them up now and then.

According to a native Japanese speaker the kanji characters written mean "Best Made". So they did a literal translation. It's good to hear they meet your needs.
 
Never used them, but I would tell someone looking to not buy them.
Best × Made is kind of a hipster/ lifestyle type of brand, they source quality products but charge a real premium for their name.
The best bet is to figure out the OEM and skip paying up for this particular name.
