best material handle for saltwater

Hello,
i am making a Titanium knife for diving, what would be the best material for the handle?

would epoxy survive salt water ?

I would say why not rubber wrapped titanium? Make a full tang titanium knife and just put some kind of rubber or silicone over in.

epoxy would survive salt water, in fact, it's what holds together 99% of wooden boats today... it would last much longer than rubber would. Of course, rubber would be more grippy and comfortable : -)
