Best methods for Blade polishing Neked INFI

So... I've got neked INFI blades that are working knives. Which means they get scratched up above the grind, in field use.

What is your favored blade polishing method for uncoated INFI? Is your method geared toward ease of application or best possible luster?
Do you even bother re-dressing blade luster?

No, it will get damaged as soon as you use it again anyway. Polishing removes metal from the flats, if I did this every time the surface got scratched I'd soon turn my Battle Mistress into a Busse Combat fillet knife.

I feel far more comfortable forgetting about the scratches and dings, and just concern myself with rust prevention.

Flitz does a great job for me. Won't remove deep scratches but it buffs the steel well and leaves a thin coat on the blade to help keep it from rusting. I like it a lot.
