Best/most popular model for military use?

Hey all,

What's the most popular/best model for military use?

I've been looking at model #'s MT & WB, but I'm unsure.

Figured I'd ask you folks and see what you think.

Phil,
I don't really know which of the Striders is the best for field use, any of the larger fixed blades should be great. I just thought I would introduce myself since I am in the Kentucky Air Guard unit that has a squad at Scott right now. I hope you and everybody else there is well. Take care.

Glad to hear from a fellow Defender. Your pals from the Big K are doing just fine up here, and us Active types really appreciate the help.

So what do you think? Out of the guys you know that have Striders (yourself included?), what type is the most popular?

Where's the rest of my brothers-in-arms at? Speak up guys!

Phil,
The Marines in Force Reconnaissance primarily use the MT, though a few others will leak through.
The last plt to deploy took 10 D9's with them though.

Either way, you can't go wrong.
 
We have sold more WB's to DOD than any other knife.
I think about 5 to 1 over any other.

The WB was listed as the top private purchase knife with SEALS also!
Can't beat any of the fixed blade full size Striders in the field though!

The WB is just a lot older Pat.
The MT is on the rise.

Hey, wadda' I know???

Im back on last week in Jan for 3 weeks, off 1 then back for 4 more.
I'm down at Bragg now.

We'll hit Tom Givelns when i return.
