Hi,
what about putting here your opinions on best movies ever? The ones you have to see before you die :)

I'll start:

Scarface (80's version, 30's is nice but not as good imho)
Godfather series (mainly first part)
Bullet in the head
Hard Boiled
Platoon
Casino
Blade Runner
Casablanca
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (imho best of trilogy, Fistful of Dollars (first part) is worst - complete Yojimbo ripoff)
Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust
Lawrence of Arabia
Terminator I (maybe the sequel too, but first part is better :))
Seven Samurai
Shawshank Redemption
Red Dwarf (it is TV series, but I had to state it :))

Hratky s certem (Czech fairy tale, totally great)
Jara Cimrman lezici, spici (but not as good as Jara Cimrman's theatre plays)

I am pretty sure I have forgotten some. If I remind I will post them later

you have to watch a film called oldboy:D

Jeremiah Johnson
Shawshank Redemption
To Kill A Mockingbird
The Shootist
Lonesome Dove
Pump Up The Volume
Signs

I like a lot of the films already named.

I saw one last weekend, that I hadn't seen for awhile, K2, a great mountain climbing film.

Also, Young Frankenstein still cracks me up!

"My, what a great set of knockers!" (Gene Wilder, upon arriving at the front entrance of Frankenstein's Castle, admiring the antique brass work door-knockers....)

"Vy, thank you doctor!" (Terry Garr, misunderstanding the doctor, proudly jutting out her chest in emphasis....)
