Javaknives.

The maker is in Bandung, Indonesia. While they are local, they use the current cutlery steel, with (I think at least for now) stock removal process. I am not sure if they do international ordering, although I know they take orders from some international organizations.

I can't tell about duty, cause it depends on individual buyer country's regulation.

My friends are going down there and I will see if I can get more info on them.
