Very new to these forums, so hello to all.

Ready to take the plunge into the world of ESEE/RAT knives and I've got a few models I'm looking at for my first purchase.

Just wondering where do most of you buy online, who has the best deals and is an overall reputable dealer? I've seen the list of online dealers on ESEE's site, but honestly, I've never heard of most of them.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Newgraham is an absolutely outstanding dealer. Another dealer with cheaper prices that I have had very good experiences with is knifeworks.com

Dale@ The Knife Connection, he's here on the forum, you can call him, he a knife nut just like the rest of us, his business is top notch!!!!!!

They're all a bunch of crooks just itching to separate you from your money

J/K and welcome :D - all of the above are good reputable dealers.

i really like how fast knifeworks.com ship orders and they had the best price on the rc6 i bought.

We like all the dealers on our web page. If we get a lot of complaints about a particular dealer they don't stay on the page long. A lot of those folks we have met and talked to at length at shows and on the phone. They are all good folks. Most will periodically run specials so it is hard to say one is always cheaper than the other. Customer service is really where dealers shine and all of these guys are above the standards. Mike

Howe's knife shop is another great dealer to buy from. Same day shipping and a full selection of ESEE Knives.

I'm sorry, but I would shy away from Rocky National.

They frequently backorder ESEE (without any delivery ETA or other communication to the buyer) and their customer service is pretty much non-existent.

You will pay a little more on other sites, but it's worth it.

All of mine have come from knifeworks.com

Got a confirmation email of my order being shipped 20 minutes after being placed!

Actually Dale, I ended up ordering from you at TKC. Got the knives this past Monday. Excellent service and good prices. Will do business with you again my friend. Thanks again!

One of my favorite dealers to order from is knives ship free. Service was pleasant a d delivery quick. I just ordered a esee 4P from tagannon on Friday night after hours and I recieved an email around 9am on Saturday that my order had just shipped. It is a good ways from NY to TX so if I get it anytime before or on Wednesday I will say that I am most pleased with this vendor. Shipping on esee knives is free with tagannon as well. With knives ship free well he name says it all. The best advice I can give is to shop around and find a reputable vendor within or close to your state. If this is not possible the two vendors above have delivered top notch service at least for me.

Now normally, I'd warn you to beware of a smooth-talker like this.

Sadly, he actually delivers. Must've bought a dozen knives off him ... including 3 or 4 ESEEs.:)

Guess sometimes you can tell a book by its cover.

The dealers listed are all high quality, but I find the best prices at knifeworks.com. Roger is great to work with and shipping is quick. That is my two cents. Compare prices and make your own call. However all the dealers listed on the post are good, but I prefer knifeworks
