Here and EB have been the best for me.
People here can be "fickle." Certain things sell w/in seconds but other things might never sell. However, it costs next to nothing to list/sell here. So, this is the 1st placed I'd try. All sales are "private" and there is no 1099 reporting unless you accept PP G&S payments.
EB is a worldwide market place and if you can't sell it there, you can't sell it anywhere.
The only reason it won't sell on EB is if you've overpriced your knife. The only problem w/EB, apart from its fees, is the 1099 reporting which will require you to file a Schedule C to verify loss/income from any sales there.
Wouldn't even consider ACK unless it's a really high priced knife that I can't sell here or on EB that I have a lot of profit so that I can absorb the 25% consignment fee and don't mind the time delay between listing, sale and proceeds payment. Don't know if ACK does 1099 reporting or not.
Never tried Reddit or other sites but if you have any autos or balis that you need to sell, JerzeeDevil (JD) is the place I'd go if I couldn't sell it here. EB will not allow you sell autos or balis there.
Update 03/22/2023: JD has been down for awhile. There has been some talk but AFAIK there are no actual plans to ressurrect it.
