I need to purchase 2 sets of Stabilized Maple Burl Scales. Preferably NOT Etsy or Ebay. Thanks

Most all handle wood suppliers sell stabilized maple burl. many of the knife suppliers do, too.
Some popular ones are: Greenberg Woods, Fixall (Knife Handle Supply), Alpha Knife supply, Pop's Knife supply, etc.
Places like Woodcraft and Rockler also sell maple scales.

I just had some electrical work done to the shop (dedicated 220v for the grinders, and three new 20 amp circuits for some new additions!), so my shop is a wreck right now. I’m putting it back together as we speak, and I’ll get some stabilized, undyed maple burl scales prepped asap.

If you would like blocks instead, I have some now, and you can PM me. :)

Wish we lived closer. Maybe would have worked out a trade.

That would have been awesome, lol. Because of how backed up everyone is, I paid over $1,200 to have two dedicated 120v, 20amp circuits put in…. Only to find out they wouldn’t put in a non-gfci breaker even though we have a single outlet exemption.

I ended having to call my father in-law to swap out the breakers. It was all for the best though since we added a couple more circuits and 240v though. :)
