I went to walmart today thinking that they will have it but they only had the 110 and not the 55so far i have only seen "The 55" online. So was wondering from where did you buy your 55? i just love that little thing
Thanks in advance.
Anyone have a photograph of the nickel silver bolstered jigged buffalo 55, 0055BFSLE1-B, web special? It looks good to me even online.
Amazon or Ebay both have good prices on the 55
Come to think of it, I've been to three dedicated cutlery shops and numerous other places that sell Bucks in my area and I can't remember ever seeing a 55 in any of them.
I saw them at Cabelas, but they where in blister packs. No handling option. And at walmat. But same thing.
Yeahi saw Buck 110 at walmart and they too were in blister pack.
And the fun part which happened at Walmart :
when i went to the sporting goods sections and asked the lady behind the counter :
(lady behind the counter) : Are you looking for something ?
(me) : Yeah, i am looking for Buck 55 pocket knife and was wondering if you have it in stock ?
(lady behind the counter) : The what? you want a dollar 55 pocket knife ?
(me) : no no .. the name is "Buck and model 55"
(lady behind the counter) : .. what a "dollar" and 55 cents ?
(me) : The name of the company is Buck (spelling) B U C K and the model number is 5 5 fifty five and that is a pocket knife.
(lady) : the only knives we have are in this showcase.. if you don't see it here.. then we don't have it.
huh?? if you don't know the products of your own dept, why are you in the department .. go and mind dresses or gardening..
LOL! Don't get me started; we can have a whole thread about "stupid things you've heard at Walley World!"
