Best place to buy metal disc for disc sander?

Please your ideas/knowledge of where to buy the disc that carries the sanding paper at a disc sander? I know there are steel ones and aluminum ones, doesn’t matter. BTW, not every site will send to Israel, so are there any at ebay? I could not find any. Is there a place that sells them as spare parts for their own sanders? I need 9” items.
