Best pocket clip for Mini Crooked River

Hey Guys,

Just ordered a Mini Crooked River, I know I"ll be replacing the clip on it as it's not deep carry and was hoping to get some input.

Who makes the best pocket clips? Also, Does the Mini Crooked River take a mini or a standard sized clip?

They seem a little bulky though, also they want $15 for shipping which is a lot for something little bigger than a paper clip.

I'm also torn on the color, I'm just getting the standard version of the knife (wood and orange). What do you guys think wold go better, a bronze anodized clip, an orange clip (if I can find one), stick with the black that it comes with or go for a sandwashed to match the grey bolsters? I'm leaning towards the sandwashed I think.

I'd also like to replace the backspace at some point as it looks a bit cheap, does anywhere sell them? I actually don't mind the orange as I think it adds to the outdoorsy eathetic and make the knife look friendlier to others I just don't like that it looks so plastiky.

I like the full size deep carry benchmade clips. As for the backspacer, no clue. I'm sure someone makes them, maybe someone will chime in.

All the Benchmade pocket clips have the same hole pattern, so it doesn't matter if you put the mini or standard deep carry clip on it. I had a deep carry clip on my Mini Crooked River for a while, but I switched it back to the split arrow clip it came with because it felt so much better in the hand with the regular clip.

Thanks guys, I was just wondering because each type of clip would be better suited to a size of knife. Wasn't sure if the mini or standard sized clip would be better suited to this knife. The other thing is Benchamde's deep carry clips only allow for 2 out of the 3 screws, I'm sure it's fine but still.

The reviewer who suggested that clip I mentioned said it felt pretty good in head with that one but , again, seems a little bulk to me. I do like the finish and color options better as well.

How is the knife with the standard clip? It looks like it would sit pretty proud out of your pocket and I've read the standard clip is pretty rough on your pants.

The clip sits about as deep as it can, without being a loop-over deep carry clip. The handle is pretty smooth under the clip, which has more of an effect on your pants than the actual clip does in my opinion.
