I see that GPKnives has the ZT-0550 Gen 2 for $162.50 shipped. That seems to be the best price I can find so far for a brand new 0550 Gen 2.

Anyone know of a better price anywhere ? Just curious.
 
That seems extremely reasonable. The only other place I have seen is Ebay occasionally having one for less.
 
I don't know if this falls in the deal spotting category or not...A mod may or may not shake his fist at you.....

But they are a supporting vendor and its a great price..so go for it! or email KershawGuy me may be able to match it or even beat it and you will get it faster from him..

Just ordered one from Howe's (approved dealer I hope) for $158 with free shipping. It says "ZT New 550" and the pick shows a Gen 2.
 
I don't think there is a guarantee but he has said in the past to contact a sponsored dealer to see if they would price match if you were thinking about buying from a non-sponsor.

Not saying he will but it can't hurt to ask. He is trying to clear some inventory to make room for the factory sale per his black friday sale thread.
 
I just check Howe's and the 550 was $200. Maybe I went to the wrong site. Bit it looks like you got a great deal, I have been looking around and seen them anywhere from $160 to $200+. A knife I would like to add too my ZT 30, Beckers and Busse.

The discount gets added in the cart. It says $200 but it should say discount underneath it. They only had 16 available at the time I received the email about it. Hope that helps!
 
Wow , $158 with free shipping is the lowest I have seen or heard for a new ZT-550. That is a really great deal on a fantastic knife.

Also , can anyone list all of the "supporting dealers" ? Seems like a good list to have.
 
Folks, hello. I just bought my first ZT knife from Jim & received it this morning. It is the ZT0301, & I can honestly say for certain this is one knife that will not be in my suit pants for work. This thing is a beast of a folder. But I can guarantee you it has found a home in my blue jeans.
I have been doing business w/ Jim for several years now & have never ever had a problem with any of the orders. Great guy to order from, great guy to call up and chat for a spell if you have the time, plus he has a lot of other items that will help put a dent in your retirement fund . . . . ;)
I am completely happy with this 0301 & am thinking about adding the 550 to keep in my Jeep.
Didn't mean to butt in on the conversation & hope it was ok to mention his knife shop, but I am pretty excited about this knife, and I know it will not be my last ZT for a long while.
